Ulyana has been part of the Marquis Group since 2005. She oversees Marquis Group's California office and serves as the primary POC for CA training incentive projects. As a result, she is intimately familiar with the CA ETP program and maintains close relationships with several ETP administrators. In addition, Ulyana has significant experience developing and managing training grants and tax credits on a multi-state basis and has provided support for federally-funded projects.

Ulyana's educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas in Austin, as part of the Liberal Arts Honors program, and a Certificate of Accountancy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Life in California has introduced Ulyana to triathlons, making her an avid triathlete. When not swimming, biking, or running, she loves travelling; but truthfully, that's just an excuse to hone her photography skills.
